Nima Isham began making necklaces and prayer beads to fill the hours of the long Montana winters. What started as a hobby of making gifts for family and close friends evolved into something much more as special orders and commissions starting flowing in. Mothers wanted to use their old jewelry, charms and earrings to be re-made up as gifts for their daughters, gifts for girlfriends and some just as gifts for themselves. Having personal items that can no longer be worn transformed into a great artsy piece of jewelry gave them new meaning. Necklaces with a story to tell: unique to individuals, symbolic gemstones, amulets and hidden charmed secrets.
